We thought it was about time we shared more about the people that form the engine room of Lashings World. With that in mind, allow us to introduce Charlotte Pick, our amazing Events Assistant.
We put Charlotte in the hot seat and here’s what she had to say.
• Working with Lashings World – highlight so far?
There’s been loads since I started, so it’s hard to pick just one. But probably having lunch with Micky Hazard and Ossie Ardiles — they’re hilarious together, I spent most of it laughing and pretending this was a totally normal lunch break.

The people. The Lashings team are like a second family… especially after being stuck in a car with me for hours.

Early mornings… which is something I never thought I’d admit. Event life has changed me.

Snowboarding – mainly falling down a mountain but looking cool for about 3 seconds.

• One thing people would be surprised to know about event life?
We’re mostly sober… despite spending all day around Beer and wine. It’s a tough life.

I used to teach windsurfing in England and Greece so I’ve experienced both hypothermia and perfection.

• Who would you put as MD for the day, and why?
Adam Sandler – he’s hilarious, and I feel like this is my best chance of getting cast in Grown Ups 3 if they ever made one. Also reckon he’d be great at the auction.
